Corporate Strategy

Currently the chair emphasis research in corporate management. This includes strategic leadership of diversified multi-business firms from the perspective of corporate management. Here, the crucial question is how the corporate management ("Corporate Parent") can add value to the business units ("daughters") being higher than their costs, and if possible even higher than the added value which competing "corporate parents" add to their "daughters" (best owner).
