Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

From the perspective of strategic management we engage in management questions related to mergers and acquisitions of firms. M&A is a mechanism to implement a growth strategy. Particularly, from this perspective we consider questions concerning the integration of acquired respectively of merging firms (post merger integration). Since 1990 the chair is as well the editor of the practitioner orientated trade journal M&A Review as of the M&A Review Database.
